Has anyone got experience with the Chrstian Growth Institue's on-line Spiritual Gifts Invewntory and tools as applied to a congregation? What is your experienc and reaction to them?

Yeah, I ran into that not long ago. What drew me in was the title, "Spiritual Gifts Inventory" but the questions were clearly leading towards something different then what I was expecting. So, I stopped.
